I am a licensed clinical psychologist and have conducted therapy for more than 27 years. I am caring and nonjudgmental. I create a safe and confidential place where you can feel supported to achieve your goals. I attended the University of Pennsylvania (BA) and California School of Professional Psychology (MA and PhD). I completed my post-doc at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). I am currently the director of Chester Psychological Assessment & Therapy, LLC. I am well-trained in diagnosis, assessment, and treatment. I have supervised and taught other psychologists as well as master's level therapists.

I know how difficult it can be to ask for help. We will work together to come up with goals you are interested in achieving. I tailor the treatment to your individual needs. I use cognitive-behavioral techniques and family systems perspectives. Treatment can be short or long-term.

I work with adults, adolescents, and children. I provide individual, couples, family therapy, psychological assessment and testing for IQ, learning disabilities, and AD/HD. I offer social skills groups and a new moms group where you can bring your baby. I conduct parenting workshops and consult to schools.

ADD/ADHD Skills Training Group

Hosted by

Focuses on teaching organization and planning skills. Research has shown learning these skills can greatly reduce ADD/ADHD symptoms. Weekly self and family ratings will monitor improvement.
