I am a seasoned therapist who delights in working with clients who are living with a variety of issues and challenges. My life experience plus my varied professional skills put me in a unique position to understand from a broad perspective what needs to be healed and how we can get down to the business of helping you get well. I specialize in working with individuals, families and couples, people who have experienced trauma and/or chronic illness, and people who would like to feel more connected to themselves, to others, and to a higher power. I am trained in Gestalt therapy, Family therapy, Somatic Experiencing, and several varieties of couples therapy.
I have a deep interest and years of experience with spirituality, mindfulness, and alternative medicine. My clients appreciate feeling challenged to change within a warm and supportive relationship.
