I enjoy working with people who are seeking greater self-awareness yet feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally stuck. They may be navigating life transitions, relationship strain, stress, or self-doubt and are tired of carrying it alone. They want relief, clarity, and healthier ways to cope. They’re looking for a safe, nonjudgmental space where they can feel truly heard, gain insight, and develop practical tools. Their goals include feeling more grounded and confident, strengthening self-trust, improving communication, and moving forward with greater ease and purpose.

I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, complex trauma, recovery from abuse, as well as couples navigating relationship challenges. I have over 30 years of experience, trained in EMDR, and a Trained Daring Way Facilitator. When helpful, I integrate EQ, MBTI, and TJTA assessments to support insight and meaningful change.
