With training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman’s Couples Therapy & Somatic-Attachment EMDR, I focus on relational challenges, trauma & attachment injuries. I specialize in supporting married Christian couples & individuals navigate & heal from the emotional, relational & spiritual aftermath of the discovery of a spouse’s physical or emotional affair.
My passion is to help couples renew and reinvent marriages, and to help individuals & families heal by facing and overcoming challenges so they become free to build & experience a rich, full, satisfying life with healthy, safe, loving relationships. As a Christian therapist I utilize evidence-based interventions that are consistent with Biblical principles.
