I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Polyvagal Theory to help you calm anxiety, regulate your nervous system, and shift lifelong patterns. You’ll gain tools, insight, and a deeper connection to yourself—without judgment or pressure to “fix” anything.
