About
I believe that psychotherapy can help people create more psychological space in which to live by developing a new perspective on the difficulties they face in their lives. My goal is to help people embrace their potential to live a full and satisfying life, despite the challenges they face. I have over 25 years of experience in helping individuals with a wide variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, substance use disorders and health-related conditions. I am sensitive to individual differences related to factors such as culture, race, gender, age, sexual orientation, religious tradition, environment, and military experience.
I approach each client as an individual and tailor the treatment to your needs. Because I have a great deal of experience, I am able to adjust my approach and utilize the best interventions for your particular concerns.
