ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS. My expertise is working with individuals who suffer with OCD and Anxiety. Those of you who struggle with this disorder can attest to the intrusive nature of your obsessions and compulsions. OCD disrupts your mental capacity to know what is true. You are in a constant state of anxiety, questioning your unwanted thoughts, like a recording on auto-replay. While OCD can be anxiety-provoking, there is hope for a better way of working through your struggle. The therapeutic process can help sufferers, like you, come to understand the nature of your OCD and learn to live a more value-centered life.
With the use of evidence-based modalities such as ACT, CBT, ERP & Mindfulness techniques, individuals learn to gently and curiously recenter their lives based on what is most important to them. By doing so, these values become an anchor for them as they make changes toward self-improvement.
