I provide psychotherapy to individuals ages 13 & up. I do not provide family or couples therapy. My work focuses on the resolution of difficult emotional, psychological, social, spiritual, and relational issues while building resiliency & coping skills. With teamwork, patience, honesty, & active participation we can uncover the meaning & function of your symptoms through the exploration of your beliefs, thoughts, feelings, & behaviors. I will assist you in gaining insight into your development & experiences that may have lead to disruptive thought & behavior patterns to help you create effective, realistic & lasting solutions.
My approach to therapy is interactive & eclectic. I use evidence-based, practical, body/mind, problem-solving approaches that create dynamic & efficient paths for change & resolution. Therapy will include verbal and experiential techniques that cater to your individual learning style and specific issue for optimal progress.
