I work with individuals, couples, teens and families on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and developing more trust and acceptance, to improve closeness and positive feelings in relationships.
I offer a specialty called Sandplay therapy. This is a non-verbal therapy for expressing ideas, impressions and feelings, using images, symbols and sand. Sometimes it's difficult to talk about our pain. Using figures in the sand can provide a way to express what is inside. Sandplay also stimulates neural connections in the brain, and activates healing.
I have experience in working with a variety of issues: depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self- esteem, weight and eating issues, trauma, PTSD, marriage, divorce, family conflict, high stress work problems, spiritual issues, identity development, . I also specialize in creative arts issues.
