Somatic Psychotherapy aims to address patterns of depressive, chronic stress, anxiety, and trauma responses. Sex therapy aims to address the emotional and psychological aspects of sexual health and wellness. I am trained in EMDR, TRM, IFS, IFS-IFIO, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, and Sex Therapy with a framework for decolonizing and cultural approaches
I provide somatic, culture centered psychotherapy and sex therapy to Trans, Queer, Afro-Indigenous Latinx, Black, Indigenous, People of Color, and Immigrant (1st+ generation) communities while welcoming all persons to my practice.
