I am a Mental Health Therapist passionate about helping individuals, families, and young people navigate life’s challenges. With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I specialize in working with children, teens, young adults, couples, parents, BIPOC individuals and families facing issues such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, loss, personality challenges, autism, neurodivergence, among other life experiences and mental health diagnosis.

My therapeutic approach is client-centered and collaborative, drawing from life experiences and evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.
