As an Integrative psychotherapist, I bring a wealth of experience to my counseling practice. Psychodynamic treatment, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction strategies, CBT and Self-Compassion practices are woven into each counseling experience, guiding and supporting clients to embrace and their own inner strength and resources.
As a former Program Director of a Drug & Alcohol Treatment Center, I am skilled in working with both individuals & families struggling with the impact of substance use/addiction disorder and complex trauma/PTSD. I hold an Advanced Masters Level Certification in Spiritual Care and I am experienced in providing care for individuals of all faith traditions.
Grounded in the belief that human connectedness can serve as a pathway to healing, I weave my clinical and creative expertise into each counseling experience.
