Welcome to my profile, I’m glad you are here. For 30 years, I have worked in non-profit sector of mental health. My focus has been working with individuals and families who have experienced substance use disorder (abuse or addiction). In the past 12 years, I have provided services to children, adults and families who have experienced abuse, neglect, abandonment, and mental illness. Given my background, training and your courage, I think we can work together to achieve your goals. My approach is individualized and personal to you. I will listen to what you envision for your future. Based on what you want, I will offer to your choices in therapeutic approach and explain each approach in plain English so that you can make an informed decision.
Healing is possible. Change is inevitable and a part of life. It is when we find ourselves stuck that hopelessness and the helplessness takes hold our world may shrink.
