I serve clients with a variety of mental health concerns, such as, anxiety, panic attacks, burn-out and the overwhelming feeling of being "lost". In addition, I also support families going through the struggles of addiction so they can better navigate treatment options, medications, signs of abuse and relapse so they can be better informed and empowered. My clients often feel judged, lonely, frustrated, angry and without direction or purpose. The ability to have non-judgmental support is essential, while my experience and knowledge to better guide clients through the most challenging parts of their lives is both unique and critical.
I have worked in behavioral health for almost two decades. My experience and education with addiction and mental illness offers my clients a unique opportunity to regain control over their lives and live with meaning and purpose. I am also a Certified : Mindfulness-Informed, Anxiety Treatment, Integrative Mental Health and Trauma Professional .
As a parent of a child in recovery , I understand the pain and struggles that go along with all that comes with addiction . My personal and professional experience collided many years ago enabling me to offer non judgmental, objective yet empathetic support to all of my clients .
