I am a licensed mental health counselor with over 25 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with trauma histories, facing major life challenges and transitions or feeling overwhelmed by daily stressors, those coping with grief and loss, those experiencing depression, anxiety, medical or chronic pain issues, or those who would like to develop body image positivity. My goal is to provide a safe place for you to process past traumas, your thoughts, feelings, and any struggles that you may be experiencing, as well as offer empathetic listening and guidance.
I utilize EMDR, talk therapy, solution-focused therapy, DBT, CBT, and ACT. My focus is the client-therapist relationship as the foundation of every successful journey. Our goal is to develop a healthy and open line of communication and to better understand the barriers challenging your healing or growth.
I look forward to working with you to process past trauma, help you meet your personal goals, create positive changes in your life, and feel empowered to cope with daily stressors. I meet in person for counseling sessions, but am able to also provide telehealth services at times as needed.
