Sometimes the challenges are so great and the feelings are so overwhelming that it's hard to describe in full sentences. I have worked with so many people that start therapy unsure of what particular area they want to start working on first - the career, the relationship, the personal struggles, building self-confidence, the challenges of being a parent, working through racial adversities and so many more. I know they want to feel a sense of balance, contentment and control of their lives and I know the way to get there is to take that first step towards change.

I am a licensed therapist and life coach with several years of experience working with countless individuals. My specializations include anxiety, depression, cultural issues, work/career-related stress, relationship issues, women's health and trauma work. My practice is a mindfulness-based and trauma-sensitive approach using CBT and somatic exercises

My work with clients starts by being present with them in a non-judgmental and compassionate way, allowing them the opportunity to rediscover themselves in a safe space. My ultimate goal is to help my clients work through the mental and emotional blocks that have been holding them back from feeling truly fulfilled.
