My approach utilizes multiple modalities drawing from psychodynamic therapy, CBT and somatic work (Trauma Resiliency Method) including mindfulness and meditation. While working together we will discover your concerns, clarify your goals, show how your past affects your present and develop new coping skills which will help you navigate life with ease.
