I am a Bilingual licensed mental health counselor focused on providing support through the different transitions and challenges of life. I specialize in the treatment of substance abuse, trauma, anxiety, depression, and family/peer relationships. I provide services to children, adolescents, adults, and individuals in the LGBTQ community. My goal is to provide a safe space for you to explore the changes necessary to live a fulfilling life. In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and talk about what brought you to therapy.
My approach to therapy is client-centered, meeting individuals and families exactly where they are. I draw on evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care, to create a plan that fits each client’s unique needs and goals.
I work best with clients who are ready to explore, grow, and take an active role in their own journey. My ideal client is curious about themselves, open to learning, and willing to make changes that can move them toward the life they want.
