We specialize in treating and working with all types of mental and behavioral health concerns. Our team of experienced Ohio-Licensed practitioners all have many years of working experience and are also noted for their specialties. Our clients come with all types of mental or behavioral health challenges, substance abuse concerns, and relationship or family issues - which deserve to be addressed properly, promptly, and with complete confidentiality. Our clients range from children and adolescents, to parents and adults, to seniors - all ages are most welcome. Feel free to contact us via phone or email.
We also offer substance abuse counseling, DOT/SAP services, court-ordered programs, in-school therapy for students, and mediation. We have a psychiatrist to support medication requirements. We offer workshops on Bullying, Anger Management, Kids/Teens & Divorce, Parenting through Divorce, Life Skills for Teens, and a Just for Kids program.
Though each member of our staff is experienced with a wide array of concerns, each also specializes in certain areas and ages. For example, I specialize in adolescents with ADHD, OCD, or ODD, and similar problems that cause poor grades, poor relationships with peers, family, and teachers.

Anger Management (Teen or Adult)

Separate Groups for Teens and Adults. Anger is a normal reaction, but if it's not expressed properly it can causes problems - particularly in relationships, at school, or even work. This group helps participants identify and understand the triggers that drive their anger – either hidden or outward. For Teens – we focus on self –awareness and self-control, taming a temper, handling negative feedback, fighting fair, and dealing with difficult people/bullies. For Adults – we also focus on action vs. reaction, and resolution techniques. Participants can learn how to better manage themselves and their temper and enjoy life a little more.
