Anger Management (Teen or Adult)

Separate Groups for Teens and Adults. Anger is a normal reaction, but if it's not expressed properly it can causes problems - particularly in relationships, at school, or even work. This group helps participants identify and understand the triggers that drive their anger – either hidden or outward. For Teens – we focus on self –awareness and self-control, taming a temper, handling negative feedback, fighting fair, and dealing with difficult people/bullies. For Adults – we also focus on action vs. reaction, and resolution techniques. Participants can learn how to better manage themselves and their temper and enjoy life a little more.
