In our dark moments, someone can be there shining light at the different possibilities, or simply offering a different perspective that you’re currently unable to see. I specialize in working with adults that are experiencing various challenges such as depression, anxiety, sudden life transitions, self-esteem, trauma, sexual abuse, violent crime survivors, stress, and relationship issues. It is an honor to be able to hold a safe space for my clients to share what is happening in their lives.

My role as your therapist is to guide and support you in unlearning negative thinking patterns in order to live a fulfilling life, to empower you to accept yourself, and enable you to experience love and inner peace. I am trained in: Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT),
