You will find a safe space, humor, non-judgmental, for clients to share thoughts and behaviors and "meet people where they are". Giving you support as we find new ways for more life satisfaction are my goals for each client. Therapies: Person-Centered, Solution-Focused and include Cognitive Behavior Therapy
