I hope to further this sense of courage while fostering a space of curiosity, compassion, and reflection. Together we'll explore how you came to be the person sitting across from me and what you're seeking through this process.

I allow therapy to unfold uniquely for each person, providing an opportunity to gain deeper insight into the patterns, emotions, and experiences that drive you. This process alleviates suffering and enables greater agency to interact with the world in ways that are more aligned with who you know yourselves to be.
