We all experience life challenges and emotional distress. I can offer you a place that is emotionally safe to explore your difficulties and to build your strengths.
Emotional difficulties vary, and current troubles are often intensified because of unattended distress from the past. Together we can untangle the emotional knots by exploring how leftover feelings from the past are impacting on the present.
I employ a variety of therapeutic approaches to help you build the skills that will see you through the current problem and stay with you through those that come. I provide both short-term and long-term treatment as appropriate. I also provide specialized trauma treatment, including EMDR.
