Sometimes people are not sure what they need to help them live a productive, mentally healthy and happy life. That could be from issues of the past or present difficulties they are facing. My goal is to assist them to find the solutions they need to continue on in a healthy manner discovering how to face and conquer the issues of the past and/or of the present and future.
The studies I have done in mental health issues include Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapies. Play Therapy, Movement Therapy, Sand Tray, Music Therapy, Theraplay and NMT. At the present I am specializing in children and families, although my clients also include adolescents and adults.
Life is an ever changing journey. As we all go through our own journey, sometimes another pair of eyes and ears can help work through the issues we face, whatever that may be. My goal is to be that person.
