***unable to accept new clients at this time*** I work with individuals with an emphasis on helping the body recover from the physical effects of post-traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, grief and loss. In turn, the body's recovery can facilitate the integration of the whole person by bringing together mind, body, emotion, and spirit.
I also work with couples and families to explore helpful communication during conflict, strengthening empathy, reducing blame and increasing personal responsibility for family members.
It is my goal provide a safe environment for the courageous exploration that is necessary for this emotional and spiritual growth.
