Oftentimes, what we think is a "need" is actually not in the true sense. With enhanced clarity via our sessions, we can find ways for you to feel better about your life and to live the life you were meant to live.
I work with individuals by encouraging them to become more aware of themselves; explore patterns that have contributed to their success and distress; and identify ways to cope and manage a wide range of difficulties.
