Over the years, I’ve seen how stigma can prevent people from seeking help, and I strive to create a safe, judgment-free space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves.
My sessions are relaxed and conversational — more like sharing a cup of coffee on the back porch than a clinical appointment. I believe real healing happens when we feel seen, heard, and supported. With a background in the justice system, I’ve witnessed how many people never received the care they needed early on. It's never too late to find hope.
