Hello, I'm Nancy. I have been practicing for over twenty years. I have worked extensively in complex trauma. I have found for myself and clients we can find power in simple forms of movement. We can orient ourselves in the present, let go of unhealthy patterns, and learn a new way of responding.
I work extensively with adult clients with complex trauma, anxiety and depression. I believe in collaborative partnerships which promotes hope from within. I am certified in EMDR and believe in the transformative power of healing.
