I specialize in treating children, adolescents, adults and families. My training and experience is extensive. It includes being certified as a DEH@ practitioner, individual, couple, family therapy, Play/Sand/Art Therapy, hypnosis, and Spiritual Direction/life path exploration. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Oregon, trained in Spiritual direction, and certified in delivery of Tele Mental Health services.
My expertise is in working with individuals, couples, and families who struggle with mental health issues. Some of these areas are child and adolescent issues. ADHD, abuse/traumas, anxiety issues, depression, post traumatic stress, grief and loss. I approach therapy from a holistic and wellness point of view to promote healing, balance, and joy.
My office hours are afternoon, evenings Monday thru Friday. I see clients both in the office and also using Tele Mental Health technology. . I take most insurances and am an in-network provider for some of the major insurance companies. I am able to take debit cards and most credit cards. I also have a limited number of sliding fee scale slots available.
