I believe the first step to any effective therapy is a trusting, non-judgemental, compassionate relationship between the client and therapist. I provide a safe, peaceful, atmosphere to explore the issues that may be hindering you from living your best life. I provide counseling tailored to each individuals specific needs and comfort level. I have 18 years counseling experience with various populations most especially with veterans, active duty military and their families. I'm accepting new patients, and would enjoy helping you to make that change.
