At Stress Management Counseling Center, we want to assist you in significantly reducing the stressors in your life, and help you develop the tools to restore happiness, satisfaction, and balance in all areas of your life. HOURS: M-F 9-9 and weekends by appointment.
Our therapists specialize in stress management, anxiety, mood disorders, substance use, grief, trauma, relationship issues, self-esteem, and Corporate Coaching. We work with Adults, Teens, Children, and Couples. Our treatment orientations include: CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, IPT, & the Gottman Method for couples in a caring, accepting, non-judgmental environment.
