The folks who come to see me are often struggling with depression, anxiety, work/life balance, and adjustment to new phases of life (e.g., parenting, family caregiving, retirement). I have also had specialized experience working with chronic pain, illness, disabilities and other medical issues, and geriatrics.

It's important for me to help you feel as comfortable as possible...most folks leave from their first session with me feeling like they made a good decision to get started on the path to healing. Just so you know, I love to laugh, and it’s not unusual to hear belly laughs coming from many who spend some time in my office.
