I am a marriage and family therapist, parenting coach, author of a newly released parenting book with over 30 years experience. I have extensive training in cognitive-behavioral to work with patients facing challenges with depression, anxiety, family issues, life cycle issues and bereavement. Anxiety, depression and stress relief is possible.
I am committed to helping clients find a deeper purpose, inner peace and happiness in their lives. I facilitate workshops on social issues effecting children. I help families face the challenges of balancing family and work. I love speaking to clients and audiences, helping them find peace and greater harmony within themselves and their lives.
