I am very interested in working with people at the end of their lives. I specialize in working with individual and couples. I have a feminist perspective and have an eclectic approach to a variety of issues. I take into account learning styles and personal strengths. I work with folks with a variety of disabilities.
I am trained to address issues of depression, anxiety, abuse, trauma. I have recently been through trainings addressing death and dying. I incorporate mindfulness in all of my therapies, goal setting, and living life with intention.
