I bring wide experience and a large professional toolbox to help you toward your goals.
"Solution-focused psychotherapy" means that I work with the past but don't linger there. Change happens in the present! We may decide on homework or record a guided meditation. We may use Accelerated Resolution Therapy., a new but evidenced based therapy that can change the impact of an emotional trauma, even one from childhood, in one session.
