Relationships, new life stages, career changes, can be challenging. I specialize in helping individuals transition into their new life status with confidence and perspective. We all look to increase our happiness and joy, reduce our stress , frustrations and and suffering, improve our relationships and accomplish our goals. The dilemma to many of us is that we would like these things to happen without changing too much of ourselves. My aim is to help people move through the process of change, while helping you process and cope with your current life challenges.
I spent the majority of my career as a senior business executive, entrepreneur and mentor, before going back to grad school for counseling. My life experiences along with my education, allow me to be realistic and effective in my counseling approach.
All of us experience life a little differently based on our own genetic history along with individual experiences. That is what makes us who we are, which is why I don’t believe the same therapeutic or coaching approach works for everyone. My approach will vary based on your treatment goals, expectations and motivations.
