I love supporting women and LGBTQ+ individuals who have survived mistreatment or abuse and are ready to reconnect with their inner strength. My work centers on helping you rebuild trust in your instincts, nurture self-compassion, and remember that you are not alone. As an immigrant woman, I understand how complex healing can feel when you’ve had to adapt to many worlds. Together, we create a safe, gentle space to tend to old wounds with curiosity and kindness—so you can move forward with clarity, courage, and a renewed sense of self-love.
I am now offering early morning (as early as 7am) and limited evening/Saturday sessions.
I offer a warm, trauma-informed space to help you reconnect with yourself and release old patterns with compassion. I believe healing isn’t about fixing yourself: It’s about remembering who you are beneath the pain and moving forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust.
I was born and raised in Peru, and am familiar with how it feels to navigate different cultures -how fascinating and at the same time challenging that can be. I'll be happy to speak my beloved native Spanish with you in therapy if that is something we share. I often hear from my clients how profound it can be to experience healing in their own mother tongue.
