Her approach draws mainly from Psychodynamic and Coherence Therapy, which means paying close attention to the deeper emotional layers beneath symptoms.
Together, you and Nancy will look at the patterns and beliefs that may have made sense at one point in your life but are now perhaps limiting or painful. When needed, Nancy also brings in tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you manage anxiety, mood, or other specific challenges.
Nancy is particularly passionate about working with survivors of domestic violence. She understands how complex and isolating these dynamics can be and approaches this work with a deep respect for each person’s pace, safety, and autonomy.
