I have over 20 years experience.The research has shown Emotionally Focused Therapy as the most effective treatment for couples wanting to make lasting changes to their relationship. Approximately 80% of couples see a significant positive relationship changes after 10 sessions. We go at your pace to reach your goals. I have the map. Together we can find a path to a happier, healthier, more secure relationship.
EFT is a process which helps couples break their negative cycle of interaction. Our focus is the process of your interactions, not the content of conflicts. I teach couples to communicate more effectively so they can feel heard and understood.
