anxiety, depression, midlife, parenting, school, caregiver stress, creative aging & the 2nd half of life. According to Carl Jung, individuation is the process of self realization through the discovery of finding meaning & purpose in one’s life. I provide a safe space for exploration & honoring all aspects of the self- the good, the challenging, that which
may be difficult to look at & everything else in between. I use such methods as verbal & non-verbal techniques, art therapy & dreamwork as entry ways to view unconscious & symbolic content & how such presents itself in conscious life.
