I can rattle on about my 30 plus years of experience and training but it’s not what drives my love for the work and my belief in the human capacity for healing and growth. I’ve walked diverse paths in my career, all of which have consistently revealed the resilience of the spirit even amidst the darkest places. Love is what brings the resilience forward, even if you can’t see it or feel it yet, it persists. My mission is to help you to uncover it - your heart - by pulling back the shroud caused by fear, suffering and pain. It’s your birthright - to free your heart from suffering. My approach has shifted over the years to where intuition is now the primary driver of our work, curated to your individual needs and make-up. EMDR and IFS can direct you back toward your own inner guidance system; and when combined with intuitive practices -we become less analysis (ego/mind) driven and more heart & spirit guided.
