I have specialized training in EMDR, which was designed to alleviate the distress associated with traumatic memories; DBT which helps identify thoughts, beliefs, and assumptions that make life harder; Sensorimotor Psychotherapy which is a body-centered therapy that can help relieve the negative effects of trauma and emotional pain.
