As a licensed psychotherapist I help individuals, couples and families in a confidential, safe atmosphere where collaboratively we address the issues, patterns, and behaviors that are keeping you from experiencing more of the peace, happiness and satisfaction that you want and deserve.
My expertise is in helping individuals "see" more clearly what is in the way of them having what they want in their lives and then figuring out how to make positive changes. Additionally, in relationship counseling, I help couples gain emotional insight and make changes to increase trust, communication, intimacy and emotional connection.
Because I believe that therapy is beneficial to most people, I am committed to keeping my fees reasonable.
