Hi, My name is Nancy Gunzner, LMFT, LAC, EMDR. I am licensed in the State of Colorado to work with both mental health and substance abuse issues. I come from a Family Systemic background. My focus areas of practice are relationships, trauma, grief & loss issues, depression, anxiety, and mood disorders.
My approach to providing therapy is through the Multi-Systemic Therapy lenses using Family Structural Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Bowen, and Narrative Therapy, as well as Person-Centered Therapy, and Existential Therapy.
I work with adults from ages 18 to 99, who are wanting to explore various areas of their lives, including boundaries, self-esteem, self-worth, relationships, childhood traumas, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, as well as grief/loss issues.
