You deserve to thrive. I’m an LCSW with over 20 years experience working with PTSD, grief, anxiety, anger management, depression and other trauma-related issues. I'm EMDR certified and an EMDR consultant and trained in Clinical Hypnosis and Brainspotting level 1. According to the latest research in neuroscience all are evidence based treatments for trauma, depression, and anxiety. EMDR, Brainspotting, and Clinical Hypnosis work by intervening at a deeper level than talk therapy. If you could think your way out of whatever is going on, you already would have. I believe that each of us has what we need to heal. Therapy assists you in identifying what's getting in your way. We work together to decide what is the best route for you.
