I believe the first step towards feeling better is a connection, and that trust, empathy, and validation of one's personal experience are essential qualities of a therapeutic relationship. I have found teletherapy to be very effective and satisfying for both new and existing clients. Developing and sustaining meaningful connections during difficult times is an essential component of healing.
With more than 20 years of experience, I am skilled in the treatment of depression, anxiety, addictions, eating disorders, grief, PTSD, and adjustment disorders. I have over 10 years of experience in executive leadership coaching and in diagnostic assessment of learning disorders and ADHD. I often work with clients to improve executive function skills.
