I specialize in working with clients who are struggling with a number of things at the same time (such as life transitions, anxiety, trauma). My ideal client is someone who is interested in going below surface issues, and- potentially- including some "body-up" work in their therapy.
I try to offer you the right mix of approaches- ranging from problem-solving and mindfulness to a much deeper exploration of attachment and how your body is responding to perceived threats. Whatever your goals, using both "talk therapy" and knowledge of how our body responds to stress can help.
