Welcome! Life's challenges often build over time until they feel unmanageable, creating a cycle of stress, overwhelm, and avoidance. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples to break these cycles and do things differently. Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, past trauma, self-esteem, or relationship issues, I'm here to walk with you on your healing journey.

I utilize different therapeutic modalities, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, the Gottman Method, and Person-Centered Therapy to create a safe space where clients feel accepted and truly understood.
