I enjoy working with all types of individuals to help them cope with life's challenges. Oftentimes, seeking an outside opinion or perspective can be extremely helpful for the individual to see their difficulties in a different light. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma and toxic stress, particularly developmentally, as well as anxiety and depression, and adjustment to life changes.
I am experienced in working with clients with developmental trauma and toxic stress, borderline personality disorder, dissociation, depression and anxiety. I practice EMDR, mindfulness techniques, and trauma-informed stabilization treatment (TIST).
